We were back in the spotlight at this year’s Nelson Pine Industries Chamber of Commerce Awards, and this time it was all about our superstar Head of Marketing, Alice! She was awarded the first-ever Kiwibank Young Business Leader title – another huge win for the Keetrax family.
A True Leader To Watch
Alice, the absolute powerhouse behind our marketing team, was recognised for her exceptional leadership, collaboration and resilience. The judges were blown away by her key role in our rapid growth. In fact, they said her leadership through this period of transformation and success was “nothing short of extraordinary” and we couldn’t agree more!
We love Alice’s take on leadership. She’s all about “leading from the front” (like an epic tour guide on a Keetrax adventure) and creating a safe, supportive space for her team to grow and learn. As she puts it, “Leadership with clients and a team does come down to the people and it’s something I really prioritise. Making sure it’s a healthy, safe environment for everyone to get what they need.”

With Alice’s well-deserved win, we’re even more motivated to keep pushing boundaries and achieving awesome things. We’re so lucky to have such an amazing team, the best clients and a fantastic supportive community here in Nelson/Tasman. Who knows what the next year will bring?
