AI Manifesto

How we use AI – and how we don’t.

Updated: 02/11/2026

AI does the work you shouldn’t be paying for. Humans do everything else.

At Keetrax, we use AI to eliminate the repetitive, time-consuming backend work that eats into the time our team should be spending on your strategy. That means faster reporting, faster research, and faster execution – so our strategists, copywriters, and content creators can focus on the things that actually move your business forward.

AI is a production tool. It is not a decision-maker, and nothing reaches your customers without a named human approving the final version.

Your account team – always human

Your strategy is led by a dedicated strategist who owns your results. Supporting them is a copywriter, a content creator, and a paid media specialist – real people who know your brand, your audience, and your goals. AI assists them. It does not replace them.

This describes our full service. Keeignite, our more affordable tier, is structured differently, and we explain how at the bottom of this page.

How AI fits into our ABCDs framework

Everything we do maps to one of four stages of your customer journey. Here is where AI supports each one:

A – Acquire (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO)

AI monitors campaign performance, flags anomalies, and handles the technical setup work. So our team spends their time on strategy and creative decisions, not data entry.

B – Bond (Social Media, Content)

AI helps our copywriters draft faster, research trends, and iterate on options. Your strategist directs the voice and tone. Nothing goes out without a human read.

C – Convert (CRO, Website)

AI processes data, identifies patterns in user behaviour, and surfaces insights. Our team decides what to test and why.

D – Delight (Email Marketing, Retention)

AI assists with automation mapping and personalisation logic. Our email specialists write the copy, build the flows, and make the calls on segmentation strategy.

What we commit to

Human in the loop, always. AI never makes decisions about your brand without our team. Every output is reviewed and approved by a named member of our team before it reaches your customers. Approving a draft is not approving the send, and we hold that line.

Your data stays yours. We never put your confidential business information into consumer AI tools that train on user data. We use business platforms assessed against recognised security standards (SOC 2 / ISO 27001), with strict data handling policies.

We do keep a working record of your account: your brand guidelines, your performance history, meeting notes and what we have learned about what works for you. That record is what lets your team pick up where they left off instead of starting from scratch. It is never sold, it is only shared with the vetted service providers we use to do your work, and it is yours to ask us to delete.

Clear about what we record. We use AI transcription in meetings so our team can focus on the conversation instead of note-taking. We will always tell you before we record, you can decline at any time, and you can ask us to delete a recording or transcript whenever you like. Otherwise, we delete transcripts within 2 years of our work together ending.

Honest about what AI is and isn’t. AI is genuinely good at processing data, spotting patterns, and handling high-volume repetitive tasks quickly and accurately. It is not good at understanding the nuance of your brand, reading the context behind a business decision, or replicating the kind of judgment that comes from years of working in your industry. We use AI where it excels. We rely on our team where it doesn’t. And if you ever want to know whether AI was involved in a specific piece of work, just ask – we will always give you a straight answer.

Ethical and culturally responsible. We review all AI outputs to ensure content is accurate, unbiased, and appropriate. As a New Zealand-based agency, we also assess AI tools to ensure they respect Māori Data Sovereignty and do not misuse indigenous data without appropriate cultural safeguards.

The table above describes our full service. See below for how Keeignite differs.

A note on the tech

We have built a suite of AI specialists that work behind the scenes across each service area. They handle the research, drafts, and technical tasks. Your account team reviews everything they produce. You get the benefit of AI speed with the quality control of experienced humans and the accountability of a team that puts their name on every result.

How Keeignite differs

Keeignite is our more affordable delivery tier, covering Google Ads, Meta Ads and organic social. It costs less because it is standardised and because technology carries more of the production work, not because we think less about your account.

On Keeignite, the first draft of your copy and creative is produced by our systems, working from your brand guidelines, your audience, and a library of creative already proven across other accounts. Your strategist reviews all of it and approves everything before it reaches you. Nothing runs without them.

You still have a named strategist who owns your results. You are never left talking to software. The difference is where the production hours go, and that is what makes the price work.
