Shopify Website Design

Wet & Forget NZ.

Wet & Forget is an iconic Kiwi legend, the brand behind the products that make a never-ending cleaning list a total breeze. But when their website needed a serious scrub-down, they called in the experts. Their digital storefront had to handle a legendary product range, serve loyal customers across New Zealand, and deliver the kind of effortless shopping experience their products promise. Oh, and it needed a well-overdue makeover.

The result? Let’s just say we helped them clean up.

The Challenge

Migrating an established ecommerce site is never a small job. Wet & Forget had years of brand equity, a loyal customer base, and a high-volume product catalogue. All of that had to land safely on a new Shopify platform without missing a beat. The stakes were high: protect existing revenue, modernise the experience, and build something the brand could grow into.

What We Built

Our team designed and built a high-performing Shopify store from the ground up, with conversion rate optimisation at its core. That meant more than a fresh coat of paint. It meant rethinking the entire path from first click to checkout.

We structured the product catalogue to make finding the right solution fast and intuitive, no matter how a customer shops. The navigation, collection pages, and product detail pages were all built to reduce friction and guide customers toward purchase. And the checkout flow? We rebuilt it to be completely seamless, so once a customer decides they want something, nothing gets in their way.

The design reflects the Wet & Forget brand: clean, confident, and unmistakably Kiwi.

The Results

We launched, and the numbers backed the work.

In the 12 days following go-live, we protected every order through the migration, matching pre-launch volume almost exactly. Traffic grew 16% in sessions and 20% in users. Revenue was up 3%. And average order value increased by 4.5%, a direct result of how the new site guides customers to the right products.

The stat we’re most proud of? Add-to-cart to checkout completion jumped from 55% to 93%. Nearly everyone who decided they wanted a product followed through to checkout. The new site doesn’t just look better. It converts better.
